Do I need a consultation first?

Yes — a free 10-minute online consultation is required before booking any brow treatment. Just send a photo of your bare brows (no makeup) via Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. Izza will confirm if you're a good candidate and recommend the best technique.

Am I a candidate?

You're a good candidate if all of the following apply:

• No existing permanent makeup
• Not pregnant or breastfeeding
• No keloid scarring
• Not using peeling, whitening, or rejuvenating products
• Not using retinol, brightening products, or vitamin C serums
• No diabetes or serious allergies
• No hepatitis, HIV, or other blood-borne diseases
• No compromised immune system
• No high blood pressure
• Not very oily skin, no large pores in the brow area
• No eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, or acne on the brow area
• No coffee or alcohol the day before your appointment
• No colds, flu, or respiratory infection (please reschedule and rest at home)

What's included?

Every treatment includes two sessions — your first appointment plus a mandatory second session 6–10 weeks later to perfect the saturation and shape.

How long does it last?

Microblading lasts 1–2 years. Powder brows last 2–3 years. Combination brows last up to 3 years. An annual retouch keeps them looking fresh year-round.

What if I miss my second session?

The second session is valid 6–10 weeks after your first. If you miss the window, late touch-up rates apply: ₱5,000 after 10 weeks, ₱7,500 after 6 months, or full price after 12 months.

How do I prepare?

No Botox 3 weeks before. No retinols or strong skincare for 30 days. No alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before. No waxing or tinting for 3 days before.

How can I pay?

Cash, bank transfer, or credit card. A deposit secures your appointment. All payments and deposits are non-refundable; please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
